We have had a fantastic first quarter with the Wellness Program! Thanks so much for all of your feedback, we’ve really enjoyed connecting with you in a way that’s not all about work. Our most popular blog was actually our Expert Naturopath, and it looks like our consultants are also interested in Yoga and our Ask an Expert feature. So we’ll keep the great content coming in 2017!

With the holiday season looming we will be taking a short break from the Wellness program to recharge and plan for the year ahead. If you have any ideas or topics that you would like us to look into or have any feedback from the program so far please let me know. We’re always on the lookout for ways to improve the program and tailor it for you, our consultants.

Much like our program, with the days that Christmas and Boxing Days fall this year, a number of offices are planning to be shut down from 24 December through to the New Year. This is a perfect time to take a short break and recharge your batteries. There are a number of benefits that you can take advantage of as the end of the year approaches. Why not go somewhere completely new or try a new activity to really maximise a fresh year and enjoy your break – at the very least enjoy the public holiday four day weekend!

These recipes are not only healthy, they are simple, delicious and look like you put a lot more time and effort in than you really did. Plus they come with handy shopping lists to help streamline the process and make the holiday feast a breeze. I’m definitely trying the pea pesto crostinis and Roasted Beet Salad! Both are great vegetarian options that will also satisfy the carnivores while keeping in line with the christmas colour scheme.

Have a wonderful break and Happy New Year!As always, please let me know if there are any particular topics you would love us to look into or you have any queries or concerns. You can call me on 03 9963 4832 or email me directly.
