Wednesday was International Women’s Day, and February 11th was the International Day of Women and Girls in Science. These days provide us with the perfect opportunity to acknowledge the contribution Australian women make to science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). So why not take some time to celebrate some of these influential and inspiring women from history to see just how far Women’s wellbeing has progressed?
If you, like me, occasionally spend the day slaving over a computer screen, it is important to take the time to stretch and return to the land of the living. These seven stretches are designed for office workers and really make a positive difference- although I’m definitely not at the level of number 7 yet!
